Photos to original scenes

Upload only photos of yourself or adults who explicitly authorized this use. Photos of celebrities, public figures, minors, or people without permission are not supported. Permission must cover both processing the photo and the intended use of the generated scene.

1. Sexual content: pornography, NSFW content, nudity intended for sexual use, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive generation, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.

2. Violence: graphic violence, gore, threats, encouragement of violence, and content facilitating physical harm are prohibited.

3. Hate: hate speech, dehumanization, or discriminatory harassment targeting protected characteristics are prohibited.

4. Child safety: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, and content that endangers children are prohibited. Photos of anyone under 18 are not supported, even for non-sexual generation.

5. Deceptive likeness use: unauthorized deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, face replacement in existing footage, voice cloning, fabricated evidence, false endorsements, and fraud are prohibited. Label shared scenes as AI-generated; do not present them as recordings of real events. We accept still images only, not source videos.

6. Third-party rights: content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness or publicity rights is prohibited. Do not use unauthorized music, logos, source footage, or copyrighted material. Any other unlawful or harmful content is also prohibited.

Generation is currently disabled, so no new uploads or generation requests are accepted. The configured provider is fal.ai using Kling O3; provider safety restrictions may reject requests, but are not a guarantee that every violation will be detected. We do not claim that a separate automated moderation service or routine human review of every output is currently active.

Reports sent to our support mailbox are the channel for requesting a review of suspected misuse. Review may consider the reported job, available source or output files, relevant logs, and information supplied by the reporter or affected user. Retention limits may mean some files are no longer available. Content-safety controls and the paid delivery flow must be verified before generation resumes.

We may reject requests, restrict or remove content under our control, suspend access, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Where practical and lawful, we may request clarification or authorization evidence. We may preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with authorities when legally required.

A technical-failure credit return is separate from a policy rejection or cash refund. Policy violations do not automatically entitle a user to restored credits or a refund. The Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Ask for review of a restriction by emailing support@hotellobbyai.com with the job ID and your explanation.

Report prohibited content, unauthorized likeness use, or rights infringement to support@hotellobbyai.com with the subject Content report. Include a job ID or relevant URL, the reason for reporting, and only the evidence needed to locate and review the issue. You do not need to send explicit imagery to make an initial report.

For a rights claim, describe the right involved and your relationship to the affected person or work. Do not email passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents. Reporting is available to users and affected third parties.
