Your photos stay yours

When you use the generator, we process the photos you choose, the selected duration, the selected template, basic technical information such as your IP address, and a random visitor identifier stored in an HTTP-only cookie. The visitor identifier is used to enforce free credits and prevent abuse; it is not used for advertising profiles.

We may collect privacy-conscious aggregate events such as page visits, upload success, render completion, and error codes. We do not need your name, phone number, or postal address to create a video. If you contact support, we receive the information you include in that message.

Photos are compressed in your browser before upload and used only to produce the video you requested. If a third-party video model is used, the minimum necessary media and prompt are sent to that provider for processing. Temporary source objects are configured for short retention and are not used to train our own models.

Do not upload photos of another person without permission. Do not upload sensitive images, government documents, financial records, medical information, or images of minors unless you are the parent or legal guardian and have a legitimate reason to use the service.

We use an essential cookie to distinguish visitors and enforce the free allowance. The site may also use short-lived browser storage for interface state. We do not place third-party advertising cookies in the MVP. If analytics or advertising are added later, this policy and any required consent interface will be updated before those tools are activated.

Generation records are retained only as long as needed to operate the service, resolve abuse, and meet legal obligations. Temporary source media is scheduled for deletion after the processing window. Finished outputs may expire from temporary storage, so download anything you want to keep.

You can request deletion of your generation data and support correspondence by emailing [email protected]. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant job, such as the approximate time and a generation ID. We may need to retain limited records where the law requires it.

We use cloud hosting, storage, security, and video-generation providers to operate the service. Those providers process data on our instructions and under their own contractual safeguards. Access to production systems is restricted, and payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored on our servers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will verify the request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
